We are so incredibly thrilled to share that Java with Jesus has officially opened its doors in the heart of League City! This project has been a labor of love, and seeing the community begin to fill our studio has been nothing short of transformative.
At its core, this isn’t just about brewing a great cup of coffee. It’s about a mission that is much deeper: to walk alongside those on their journey with Christ. Located at 1025 E Main St, Java with Jesus is designed to be the “third space” we all desperately need—a place between home and work where community and Christ meet in the most natural, welcoming way.
Reclaiming the “In-Real-Life” Connection
In a world that is increasingly lived through screens, Christians and like-minded people are feeling a deep, spiritual hunger for something more. We were created for fellowship, yet so much of our “connection” today happens behind a device. We believe it is time to reclaim the art of being together in person.
Java with Jesus is a call to put down the phone, close the laptop, and step into a space where eye contact and real conversation are the priority. We need spaces where we can gather, share our burdens, and celebrate our joys without the filter of social media. This is a place to connect “in real life,” heart to heart, just as we were intended to.

We’ve created two distinct atmospheres to meet you exactly where you are in your journey:
The Indoor Studio: Antique, Intimate, and Soulful Stepping inside feels like stepping into a sanctuary. We’ve curated a “worldly antique” design vibe that is rich with character and history. It is the ultimate setting for small, intimate settings and deep heart-to-hearts. Surrounded by beautiful textures and timeless decor, it’s the kind of place where you feel safe enough to let your guard down. It is the perfect spot for those seeking a quiet corner to write, journal, or share a private moment with a friend.
The Outdoor Courtyard: Under the League City Oaks If you need a bit more room to breathe, our sprawling outdoor area is a gift to the soul. Situated right underneath the iconic, sweeping canopies of the League City oak trees, this space is versatile by design. It’s a place where things can get a little loud and fun during a community meetup, but it’s also a place to sit, pray, and meditate.
In our community, meditation is about filling the mind with the peace of Christ. Under those ancient branches, you can sit in contemplative prayer or reflect on scripture. It’s a space where the “joy of the Lord” can be as vibrant as a celebration or as quiet as a whisper in the breeze.

To keep this mission alive, we are looking for “gentle hearts” who feel called to simply be present. Our mission is simple: Sit. Pray. Listen. Walk alongside others.
What does it look like to volunteer?
- No Fixing, No Preaching: You don’t need to have all the answers. Your role is to offer a listening ear.
- Holding Space: If someone wants to talk, you’re there. If they want to sit in silence under the trees, you quietly pray and hold that space.
- No Experience Required: We aren’t looking for professional counselors; we are looking for people who love people.
