Meet Brandon
Brandon is a dedicated strength, mobility, and movement coach at New Beginning Massage in League City, Texas. He specializes in helping individuals get stronger, move better, and learn how to fuel their bodies like adults—cutting through the typical fitness industry fluff and unrealistic diets.
When it comes to nutrition, Brandon keeps things practical and sustainable. He doesn’t believe in grueling weekend meal prep marathons, overpriced “superfoods,” or overly complicated rules that are impossible to maintain past two weeks. Instead, he guides his clients toward real food, smart choices, and practical habits they can actually stick to without breaking the bank.
As a premier strength and mobility coach in League City, Brandon works with a diverse range of clients. His roster includes local athletes looking to gain a competitive edge, busy parents juggling hectic schedules, and individuals who are simply tired of feeling stiff, beat up, or out of shape.
His approach to functional fitness stands out from the average big-box gym experience. While he utilizes traditional strength training, Brandon incorporates highly effective, specialized modalities designed to build real-world resilience:
Kettlebells and Weighted Carries: Used to build functional, total-body strength and deep core stability.
Targeted Mobility Work: Focused on restoring joint health and fluid movement so clients can live pain-free.
Specialized Disciplines: Integrating elements of Russian Systema, Persian meels (traditional clubs), and outdoor training to challenge the body in practical, versatile ways.
Brandon’s training philosophy is entirely centered on consistency and building a physical foundation that lasts. If a movement makes a client stronger and more capable in their daily life, it becomes part of the program.
Clients quickly learn that while Brandon has been told he carries a bit of a resting “beach” face, he is entirely non-judgmental. As a proud “girl dad,” he brings a supportive, empathetic approach to his coaching. He cares deeply about his clients and their long-term progress, meeting each individual exactly where they are on their fitness journey while maintaining the firm accountability required to reach their goals.
Outside of his coaching hours at New Beginning Massage, Brandon stays sharp by listening to health podcasts and experimenting with nutritious cooking. He also enjoys diving deeper into his Jewish heritage and spending quality time with his wife, Shanleigh, and their daughter, Karleigh.
For anyone in the Bay Area looking for authentic results, an honest approach, and a coach who will help them move and feel their best, Brandon offers the perfect partnership to achieve those goals.
